Preparation
Cubes: Transfer frozen cubes into a storage container with a lid. Thaw in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours. Once served, leftovers must be discarded.
Tubs: Thaw frozen tub in the refrigerator and use within 48 hours. If offering over two meals, transfer first portion to a separate container, placing remaining food back in the fridge. Once served, leftovers must be discarded.
